Dog Training Warranty

This Dog Training Warranty (“Warranty”) is provided by Rocky Mountain K9, located at [Company Address], to the Owner of the following dog(s): [Dog’s Name(s)] who has/have undergone training with Rocky Mountain K9.

  1. Warranty Coverage. Rocky Mountain K9 provides a 6-month warranty with all trained dogs to ensure that all desired training has been completed to the Owner’s satisfaction, based on the package(s) purchased. This warranty covers training issues that were addressed during the training period, but does not cover any issues that arise after the training period has ended.

  2. Lifetime Warranty. The 6-month warranty can be extended to a lifetime warranty if the Owner signs up for a $200 yearly subscription that affords them 5 days a year of refresher training to re-certify their dog’s training.

  3. Warranty Exclusions. This Warranty is void if the Owner breaches the contract, including failing to follow all suggestions and advice given by Rocky Mountain K9 regarding the training of their dog(s) during the training process or failing to pay the full amount for the selected training package upfront before the commencement of training.

  4. Warranty Claim. To make a claim under this Warranty, the Owner must notify Rocky Mountain K9 of any training issues within the Warranty period. Rocky Mountain K9 will then schedule a training session to rectify the issue(s) at no additional cost to the Owner.

  5. Governing Law. This Warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.

Dog Training Contract

Dog Training Contract

This Dog Training Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rocky Mountain K9, located at 1 N Main St Kamas UT, 84036, and [Owner’s Name], located at [Owner’s Address], for the training of the following dog(s): [Dog’s Name(s)].

  1. Payment and Commencement of Training. The Owner agrees to pay the full amount for the selected training package upfront before the commencement of training. The training will begin on the agreed-upon date as outlined in the package.

  2. Cooperation. The Owner agrees to follow all suggestions and advice given by Rocky Mountain K9 regarding the training of their dog(s) during the training process. If it is found that the suggestions for training were not followed all warranties and guarantees will be voided

  3. Cancellation or Extension of Training. Rocky Mountain K9 may cancel the training at any time, provided they notify [Owner Name] in writing. The company may extend the training if deemed necessary for the dog’s progress. The Owner is responsible for all expenses incurred during the training, including any additional costs for extended training, Medical and food related costs.

  4. Training Results. Rocky Mountain K9 will provide a fully trained dog based on the package that the Owner selects. However, Rocky Mountain K9 does not guarantee training results if the dog exhibits any aggression or anxiety related behaviors before, during or after training.

  5. Warranty. Rocky Mountain K9 provides a 6-month warranty with all trained dogs. This warranty can be extended to a lifetime warranty if the Owner signs up for a $200 per year package to re-certify their dog’s training each year. This will come with 5 free nights per year to accomplish a full refresher and                  re-certification of the owners dog(s). The warranty covers training issues that were addressed during the training period, but does not cover any issues that arise after the training period has ended.

  6. Liability. Rocky Mountain K9 will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the dog(s) during the training period. However, the Owner acknowledges that Rocky Mountain K9 is not liable for any injury or loss that may occur during training.

  7. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of UTAH.

Customer Agreement

Rocky Mountain K9 Customer Contract and Liability Waiver

1. Services Provided
Rocky Mountain K9 offers a variety of services designed to support the health, well-being, and training of dogs. The services include, but are not limited to:

Dog Boarding: Overnight care for dogs in a safe and comfortable environment.
Dog Training: Instructional services aimed at improving obedience and behavior.
Dog Daycare: Supervised socialization and activity for dogs during the day.
Grooming Services: Bathing, trimming, and general grooming for hygiene and appearance.
Dog Transport: Safe transportation of dogs to and from the facility or designated locations.

2. Acknowledgment of Risks

2.1 Types of Risks
The Customer acknowledges that participation in dog-related activities carries inherent risks, which may include, but are not limited to:

Physical Injuries: Potential injuries to the dog from play or interaction with other dogs or equipment.
Environmental Hazards: Risks related to the facility’s environment, including slips, trips, and falls.

2.2 Health Considerations
The Customer recognizes the potential health risks associated with dog interactions, including:

Illness Transmission: The possibility of exposure to contagious diseases, parasites, or allergens.
Vaccination Requirements: The importance of maintaining up-to-date vaccinations to minimize health risks
Injuries: The possibility of injury to a dogs body

2.3 Behavioral Expectations
The Customer understands that dogs are inherently unpredictable. Risks may involve:

Aggression or Fear Responses: Behavioral reactions that may arise during social interactions with other dogs or people.
Training Challenges: Situations that may occur during training sessions, including the potential for stress or anxiety in the dog.

3. Veterinary Care

3.1 Emergency Situations
In the event that the Customer’s dog requires veterinary care during its stay or participation in activities, the Customer authorizes Rocky Mountain K9 to seek emergency veterinary treatment as deemed necessary. The Company will:

Contact a Veterinarian: Make immediate arrangements for veterinary care.
Provide Necessary Information: Inform the veterinarian of any known medical conditions, allergies, or previous treatments.

3.2 Routine Care
The Customer agrees to ensure that their dog is up-to-date on routine veterinary care, which includes:

Regular Check-Ups: Annual veterinary examinations and vaccinations.
Preventive Treatments: Flea, tick, and heartworm preventive measures. Additionally all dogs must be vaccinated with rabies regardless of veterinarian recommendation

3.3 Financial Responsibility
The Customer agrees to be fully responsible for all veterinary expenses incurred, regardless of the cause of the injury or illness. This includes:

Emergency Care Costs: All expenses related to emergency treatments.
Ongoing Health Issues: Coverage for any existing or new health issues that arise during the Services.

4. K9 Club Membership

4.1 Membership Commitment
By joining the K9 Club, the Customer agrees to the following terms:

12-Month Commitment: The Customer acknowledges that K9 Club membership requires a commitment to a 12-month term.

4.2 Benefits of Membership
Membership in the K9 Club provides several benefits, which may include:

Discounted Services: Reduced rates on boarding, training, and grooming services.
Exclusive perks: Access to members-only perks.
Priority Scheduling: Preference in booking Services, especially during peak times.

4.3 Cancellation Policy
If the Customer cancels their membership before completing the 12-month term, the Customer agrees that:

Cancellation Fee: All discounts previously applied to Services will be charged back as a cancellation fee.
Calculation of Fees: The cancellation fee will be calculated as the total discounts received minus the total payments made by the Customer into the K9 Club.

Pausing K9 club Members may pause their k9 club for 60 days at time. limited to once per year. After pausing clients must resume membership for 12 full months to be eligible for another pause. Out of state members may pause up to 6 months at a time with proof of out of state residence. Mail, or identification required for proof. Pausing does not result in loss membership access, or use of credits. Client must have a active membership to use credits and receive perks.

4.4 Loss of Benefits
Upon cancellation, all credits accrued will be forfeited, and the Customer will lose access to all K9 Club perks and benefits, including:

Membership Discounts: The Customer will no longer be eligible for reduced rates on Services.
Perk Access: The Customer will not have access to member-only perks. Including credits, discounts, access, and reduced price punch passes.

5. Indemnification Agreement

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rocky Mountain K9, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the Customer’s dog while under the care of Rocky Mountain K9. This includes but is not limited to:

Claims for Personal Injury: Any claims arising from injuries to other dogs or individuals caused by the Customer’s dog.
Property Damage: Any damages incurred by the Customer’s dog to the Company’s property or the property of others.
Negligence Claims: Any claims arising from the Customer’s negligence or failure to disclose relevant information about the dog’s health or behavior.

6. Release of Liability

6.1 Scope of Release
By signing this waiver, the Customer releases and discharges Rocky Mountain K9 from any and all liabilities, claims, or demands that may arise from the Customer’s dog participating in the Services, including:

Loss of Property: The Customer acknowledges that any personal items brought for the dog (leashes, collars, toys, etc.) may be lost, damaged, or destroyed while at Rocky Mountain K9.
Unexpected Incidents: The Customer accepts that unforeseen incidents may occur, and agrees that Rocky Mountain K9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any injury, loss, or damage.

6.2 Limitations
The Customer understands that this release of liability does not apply to situations of gross negligence or willful misconduct by Rocky Mountain K9 or its employees.

7. Acknowledgment of Understanding

The Customer confirms that they have read this waiver carefully, understand its contents, and are aware of the risks involved in the Services provided by Rocky Mountain K9. The Customer affirms that they are signing this waiver voluntarily and that no representations or statements have been made to induce them to sign other than those contained in this document.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this waiver shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of __________.

8.2 Mediation and Arbitration
In the event of any disputes arising from this waiver or the Services provided, the Customer agrees to resolve the dispute through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association before pursuing any legal action. This process will involve:

Mediation: An informal process in which a neutral third party helps the parties reach a mutually agreeable resolution.
Arbitration: A more formal process in which a neutral third party makes a binding decision regarding the dispute.

9. Severability
If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree to substitute any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid provision that closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

10. Duration of Waiver
This waiver shall remain in effect for the duration of the Customer’s participation in Services provided by Rocky Mountain K9, including any ongoing membership in the K9 Club.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: The Customer agrees that this waiver represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter and supersedes all prior negotiations or agreements, whether written or oral.

Amendments: Any amendments or modifications to this waiver must be in writing and signed by both parties.

Notices: Any notices required or permitted under this Contract shall be in writing and delivered to the respective parties at the addresses specified herein or such other addresses as may be designated by either party in writing.

Liability Waiver for Dog Training, Grooming, and Boarding Business

I, [Owner’s Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions for the services provided by Rocky Mountain K9, a dog training, grooming, and boarding business located at Rocky Mountain K9:

  1. I understand that there are risks associated with dog training, grooming, and boarding, including but not limited to the risk of injury or loss of my pet(s).

  2. I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for the behavior and actions of my pet(s) while they are receiving services at Rocky Mountain K9.

  3. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocky Mountain K9, its employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, or losses arising out of or in connection with the services provided to my pet(s) by Rocky Mountain K9.

  4. I understand that Rocky Mountain K9 will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of my pet(s), but I acknowledge that accidents or injuries can occur despite these precautions.

  5. I acknowledge that Rocky Mountain K9 is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal property left with my pet(s) while in their care.

  6. I acknowledge that Rocky Mountain K9 is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of my pet(s) while they are receiving services at Rocky Mountain K9.

  7. I acknowledge that this waiver of liability is binding and enforceable, and that I have read and fully understand its terms and conditions.

I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions, and I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for any injury or loss that may occur while my pet(s) are receiving services at Rocky Mountain K9.
